Email is the fastest way to reach me, and it gives you a written record of what was asked and answered.
Appointments and consultations are available throughout the week. Include the best day and time to reach you.
What to put in the first message
You don’t need to diagnose it for me — but these four things turn a two-week back-and-forth into one reply:
- What it is doing, in your own words. Exact error text if there is any.
- When it started, and what changed just before — an update, a new part, a storm, a move.
- What you have already tried, so we don’t repeat it.
- What the machine is for, and whether you are currently without it.
For mining enquiries, useful extras: how many units, what hardware, your power cost per kWh, and where it will physically live.

On-site work covers the greater Jacksonville and North Florida area. Consulting, mining deployment planning and security research are handled remotely for clients anywhere.
Before you send anything sensitive
Email is not private or privileged. Unless you are already a client, treat anything you send as disclosable, and please don’t include passwords, recovery phrases, private keys or card details — not in the first message, and not later. I will never ask you for them.
