XSF Telecom is a registered Florida business and the consulting side of what I do every day.
Background
I hold a degree in Computer Information Systems and work as a systems administrator. XSF Telecom is where that experience is available to clients — small offices, home offices, and people with mining hardware that isn’t behaving.
The domain you are on, vegamod.com, has been my technology home for years. It started as Vega Modifications doing repair work around Jacksonville. The work has grown into consulting, mining deployment and security research, and the business is now registered as XSF Telecom.
How I work
Three habits, and they are the reason clients come back:
- Diagnose before replacing. Parts-swapping until something works is billable and pointless. Finding the fault is neither.
- Change one thing at a time. A machine carrying three simultaneous changes tells you nothing when it fails again.
- Explain it afterwards. You should finish knowing what broke and what would stop it happening twice.
